And the lion head is laid back where it was.

How in the world does the lion not fall off those little posts!?!?!?!
Practice, practice and practice. They are not the best but definitely one of the better ones. Some of the routines I've seen before a even more fancy but see it live is always a treat.

Usually these guys are part of a martial art training school kind of folks.
They are not the best but for sure one of the better ones.
True probably most of them just do it for that extra workout :)
