I read an article recently online that talked about how to disguise a big belly.

The poster suggested that there is no immediate magic to banish the stomach fat, therefore the only solution is to dress cleverly to disguise a big belly.

Instead of the poster to offer solutions to the problem, he advised the reader to disguise his belly fat and move on with his life. People are dying from belly fat complications, losing their spouses and living in despair due to being wrongly informed.

Majors Mistakes People Make:

1) Wearing Big/flowing Clothes

Some people make the mistake of wearing big clothes to hide their big tummy because fitted wears will highlight every fat contour you have  Unfortunately that is what many people are doing. Instead of working on eliminating the belly fat, they spend money buying ‘camouflage’ in big gowns, trousers, and shirts all to hide their big tummy. Fine, when you pull your clothes, how do you feel? Who is deceiving who?

I once made that mistake; I wore ‘Coat’ instead of ‘Suit’. You will not know how good it feels to wear fitted clothes until you lose your belly fat. It feels great and you will be happy with yourself. You will look beautiful, smart, younger and attractive.

2) Use of Belly Girdle

Belly bands are very expensive yet some women and even men resort to using it to hide their "big belly". Imagine the discomfort you are giving yourself. What if a man falls in love with you because of your artificial flat tummy, what happens when he discovers that the flat tummy that attracted him to you is fake?  It is a very expensive mistake people make just to hide their belly fat.

3) Use of Big Belts

Some chose to wear belts on the midsection to disguise their belly fat.

These are some of the major mistakes people with big tummy make and I don’t know if you are one of them, if you are, please STOP!.

Now let me tell you this:

  • Taking those wrong advices from friends and fashion magazines will not give you a flatter belly. It’s just a camouflage.
  • Starving yourself will not give you a flatter belly
  • Consuming slimming teas/pills will not give you a flatter belly
