Hey steemit friends how are you all hope doing great and well. Today I am back with my beauty tips for the skin that how to get glowing and clear skin and what to eat specially for improving skin tone and keep it healthy and nourished.
Healthy skin shines and gives natural glow to the skin we all know to get beautiful skin what to do like cosmetics use and treatment, medicine what somewhere we forget that eating habit also effects our external skin tone as internal environment and if we are not healthy internally it will show on our skin which results poor skin tone, pimples, blackheads, dark circles and black holes and poor skin integrity so do you want that your skin may free from all these problems than follow these simple steps about your food habit you have to change some bad habits in life and add healthy food.

Use Of Healthy Food For Beautiful Skin

There are thousand categories of food we eat. We eat what we like but for the healthy skin eat only healthy food good for skin so here I have some healthy food to share with you must try these to get clear skin.

Use Of Cucumber

Eating cucumber is healthy for our body and also helps in digestion of food what do you know it is also beneficial for the skin you can apply it on face as face mask and applying it on eyes gives freshness to skin and maintained skin tone and give wrinkles free skin. You can apply it twice weekly and can eat cucumber daily in salad.

Use Of Green Leaves Vegetables

Greens leaves always be a part of healthy food so why not if we are thinking to care our skin it contains rich proteins and vitamins and various antioxidants protects our skin from many kind of infections and prevents from skin diseases so use green leaves vegetables such as broccoli, spinach and many of others it also maintains our skin integrity and keep skin tight and glowing.

Use Of Potato

Potato is a good source of carbohydrate and maintains our skin fat. It works for the skin lightening by applying as face mask keep it just for half an hour and then remove gently with skin tonner using cotton do not rub s face after removing mask just rinse with water and gently wash with normal water. It will improve skin lightening and remove black heads.

Use Of Tomato

Eating tomato using fried material in food gives delicious taste to food but do you know it can be used as pulp by applying on face it is a good source of vitamin C and vitamin C helps to purification and cleanliness so it gives clean touch to skin and gives its saucy color to face free from pimples and improve black heads and skin pores.

Use Of Orange And Lemon

Orange and lemon both are rich source of vitamin C and maintains acidic level of body. Its juice is very beneficial for skin prevents from oxidants and keeps skin clean and clear you have seen many of adds of using lemon and orange peal off skin cream which gives instant glow but we should use natural like applying lemon juice on skin keeps skin fresh and infection free.

Use Of Papaya For Skin

For the skin lightening papaya is also helpful contains alpha hydroxyl acid which fights with skin blemishes and acne and also improve skin tone by removing skin spots and also removes dead skin so it might be helpful for beautiful skin.
