True beauty comes from within. It is radiant self love whose most fundamental expression is the shining glow of thriving health. It is an extension of the soul, the very light of LIFE that warms all it touches.

I believe everyone is capable of embodying their unique divine beauty by choosing to honor and value themselves, by choosing to prioritize their health and happiness as part of living their most awesome life possible.

To me, true beauty is grace, confidence, power, and an open heart and mind - but who's to say we can't have a little fun slathering our meat sacks with luxurious alchemies to remain soft and supple while we're here on Earth???

I believe the body is a temple for the Spirit, and a beauty routine is a blessed way to embrace self love and care for the temple. It can be a preparation to receive the most, best, highest vibrations we possibly can so we positively sparkle!

For me, using the gifts of nature to pamper my body temple is a blissful means of worshipping the mystery of LIFE. It is an energizing, stimulating, sensual treat that I can pay forward in the uplifted presence I share with the world - mind, body, and soul.
