Beer Tasting - Dark ale? ('Bocht! Niet Te Zuipen Maaswater (Ed. 2)' by Trots Bier Rotterdam Brewery)

Big cap names are showing signs of life. Decent gains over the past two days. I hope the momentum keeps up!

After a substantial time doing nothing and eating glue ETH moved. Traders must have felt more confident after Bitcoin Cash started rocketing as well as some coinbase listings. XRP isn’t lagging much behind either. Could be a good time to start setting up long term portfolio again. I’d go smaller amount but much wider stops.

We are slightly above 10 EMA on daily so there might be a chance for a lucky lower buy.

An exquisite brew today! As rare as difficult to properly identify. The story goes that first batch failed but they decided to sell it anyway with a sign warning people not to drink it (niet te zuipen). Hopefully, they adjusted the brewing process for the second batch. Only 1,5 thousand bottles. Go figure. A gift from a mysterious Rotterdammer who shares my love for beer.

Appearance	Deep brown. Creamy tan head.
Aroma	Smoke. Licorice. Cherry.
Taste	Creamy malty sweet then turns very toasty, slightly burnt. Bready.
Palate	Silky. Moderate carbonation. Loong bitter/tart aftertaste.

Overall	As local as it gets. Only 1500 bottles. Interesting to say the least but I'd prefer it to be gentler on the finish.
Score (subjective)	- 15/20

Price: Unknown. Bottle at a store.
