English version below
PT
Baden Baden Chocolate
País de origem: Brasil
Estilo: Specialty Beer
Amargor: Baixo

Baden Baden Chocolate
Country of origin: Brazil

Bitterness: Low
Alcoholic strength: 6.0%
Average price (BRL): R$ 15,00
Here we have a very unusual beer. A chocolate beer! A Brazilian beer of limited series (produced until 11/2017). But make no mistake, even with the name Chocolate, this ingredient is not in the composition of beer but a combination of malts and hops that resemble chocolate with a slight addition of cocoa. As a rule of ANVISA (Brazilian National Sanitary Surveillance Agency) it is not possible to produce alcoholic beverages with milk derivatives. Some imported beers produce with milk and chocolate, these can be found in Brazil.
Well, as you would expect in this beer you will identify enough sweet aromas like chocolate, vanilla and caramel, but not so much on the palate. It is not a sweet beer like the Malzebier, but still sweet, similar to a 70% cocoa chocolate. The bitter taste of roasted malt is well present but you can also find the sweetness of chocolate. Very dense and creamy foam, long lasting.
Ideal beer to eat with sweets or on cold days, forms a beautiful combination. This beer does not have to be taken as cold as it is the custom of the Brazilians. A style that should be tasted at least once.
