Lavaman Red Ale
We are finally in Hawaii and I am planning to taste and review as many local beers as I can. Kona Brewery’s Lavaman has a reddish clear appearance with a nice fruity caramel aroma. The taste is a quite mild fruity caramel. A very nice beer for a warm day when served very chilled. Score 3/5.
I love Kona beers, they are so suited in hot climates, so we are happy to get them down here in Australia
Yeah, love them too! Very easy to drink. Like the xxxx pale ale as well though...very easy to drink from tap on a hot day. ;)
