I'm here for the beers 11 – Stone Go to IPA by Stone Brewing

The instructions to the guy at the beer shop were about the same as last time. “I want the most Berlin Beer that you have”.
“Let me see, I am not sure if I can help you this time” he answered.

Don’t you even think of messing with my Steemit post you motherfucker, I thought and gave him a very strict look.
“I am sure you will find something,” said with a smile.

I am not from those who take no for an answer. And he gave me this …

Brewed in Berlin … That’s right …

Then I got myself some sausages. Berlin beer without sausages, it’s a deadly sin…

If you gonna do something go all the way… For our entertainment…

Good beer and good food… And it’s getting late and I am getting hungry…

But first things first. The BEER !!!

It pours a golden orange body with a good white head.

It is refreshing and light. Heavy hop taste and fruity. Citrus and orange dominate the flavor. And leaves you with a bitter aftertaste.

I enjoyed it .

And I enjoyed the food. Fatty sausages along with some fries, tzatziki sauce ( a sauce based on yogurt and garlic ), pita bread and of course some veggies in the form of tomatoes and onions.

And after this quality and quantity of food and beer, instead of snoring like a tractor I have to write this damn post. These are the sacrifices I am making for you…

Plus, I have to search the internet to find meaningful stuff to write.

But, I am curious, so I don’t mind. First of all this IPA thing. It stands for India Pale Ale. A pale Ale prepared for India. The term pale ale is ale that had been brewed from pale malt. Bow Brewery beers became popular among East India Company traders in the late 18th century because of the brewery's location near the East India Docks. Demand for the export style of pale ale, which had become known as India pale ale, developed in England around 1840 and it later became a popular product there. IPAs have a long history in Canada and the United States, and many breweries there produce a version of the style.

ingredients, pasteurization and chemical additives, the modern-day evil spirits of beer!

All right, I loved the beer and I loved the company. Next time I visit Berlin I will go their place, which is called StoneBerlin and it is a 3.200 square meter campus with a Bistro, Gardens and merchandise shops.

Yes! Another excuse to return to Berlin …
