A Powerful Way to Turn Negative Mindset into a Success Mindset!

in #beliefe6 years ago

I am a very rational person. I do not believe ghosts, genderuwo, and pigs ngepet. However, while sleeping in a "haunted" room (according to my brother), I always wake up in the middle of the night. As if, somebody woke up to move rooms. As a result, I usually move rooms immediately when I woke up and realized I was sleeping in that room.

The question is, why am I afraid? Am I not a rational person and do not believe in ghosts? The answer, because my rational mind only settled in the conscious mind. Meanwhile, in the subconscious mind of the author, settled the belief that the ghost exists.

Yup! It is true, a few years before, I am still believes there is a ghost. That trust even existed since the author was a child. If traced, the belief was born from the education that is taught to the author, also from the films ever I watch.

Because that belief is settled in the subconscious mind, the influence of that belief is much stronger than the influence of my rational beliefs. That is why, although I am rational, I am still afraid of being in a "haunted" room alone. (But now I'm not afraid anymore, hehehehe).

Well, have you ever experienced something similar? Are you a rational person but afraid of ghosts?

Hehehe, no need to answer! Here, I will not discuss the subject of ghosts. It's just that the fact that I experience is also experienced by everyone, in different forms.

What is that fact?

The fact that the unconscious belief dominates and defeats the conscious belief.

In the career field, you may find that your actions do not reflect your will. You want to keep an appointment with a colleague, but in fact you deny it. You want to be disciplined in finance, but in fact you often take capital for personal needs. You even lazily record the expenses and income you receive.

Keep in mind, your attitude is not like that because you are careless, but because your conscious will lose to your subconscious beliefs.

According to your conscious will, you need to manage the finances in such a way that the capital is not mixed with personal money.

But your subconscious belief says otherwise. Your subconscious belief says, "Life is flowing, it does not take much planning." As a result, you do not have a disciplined financial plan.

The above is just an example of how the unconscious belief controls your actions. Of course there are many other examples of how the unconscious belief controls your actions.

It may be that, intentionally, those beliefs are implanted into your subconscious mind. Or, it could be that, inadvertently, those beliefs enter into your subconscious mind and settle there as a mindset aka MINDSET aka trust system.

This is more dangerous: you are not aware of the existence of that belief in your subconscious mind. What do you know, your actions never agree with your will; Next thing you know, your business just fails!

DOMINATION The unconscious belief (mindset) of the conscious beliefs is what causes your actions to be inconsistent with your will. If the mindset is positive and supports your success, anyway, it does not matter. However, the problem is if the mindset is negative and adversely affects your success. You must immediately replace it with a new mindset, which supports your success.

Explain that the mindset lies within the subconscious mind. This makes the substitution of the mindset difficult. It takes special steps to replace it with a new mindset.

However, do not worry. This paper is present to answer the difficulty. Now, before moving on to how to change the negative mindset into a successful mindset, we first see how the mindset is formed. This is very important because the replacement mindset is based on how it is formed.

How are Mindsets formed?

Explain that the mindset (belief system) is the result of the analysis of the human conscious mind stored in the subconscious mind.

What we see, hear, smell, soy, and taste are sources of information that the conscious mind can process. Well, regarding the formation of the results of the analysis into a mindset, does not occur immediately. Sometimes the results of the analysis do not become a belief system (mindset). This is because, the results of such an analysis do not make sense.

Before entering the subconscious mind, the results of mind-aware analysis always pass through the critical area. Well, critical area is the part of the brain that filters out information (the results of analysis) that want to enter into the subconscious mind.

If the information does not make sense, then the critical area rejects it. However, even if rejected, he still enters the subconscious mind and settles there. In the subconscious mind, it does not become a belief system (mindset), but becomes a subconscious memory.

Then, what if the information escapes the critical area sensor? He will settle in the subconscious mind and become the mindset.

Although the formation of the mindset is always through the critical area filter, there are times when unreasonable information still passes the filter. With some action, unreasonable information can be forced to penetrate the critical area, enter into the subconscious mind, and become the midset inside.

Well, here are some actions that can cause the information and the results of the analysis to be a mindset, even if the information seems unreasonable.

Repetition

Repetition is synonymous with repetition. Opinions, beliefs, traditions, cultures, and even life experiences can be a mindset through repetition mechanisms.

Remember how our teachers at school teach honesty when doing homework? We should not be cheating by cheating. Well, the doctrine of honesty can last a long time and become the moral that we hold because it is delivered to us through repetition.

Not just once or twice, the teacher reminds us to be honest in doing homework. Not just every test, but every day. As a result of the repetition, eventually honesty is ingrained in our subconscious mind and becomes the mindset that controls our actions. Thanks to the doctrine of honesty that is constantly conveyed to us, we now become honest people.

Similar to honesty, belief in the presence of ghosts can also be obtained through repetition. Because parents warn us to sleep soon we never hear, eventually parents scare us with ghost stories. It is intended for us to be afraid and to quickly curl up in a blanket.

The story of ghosts is not just once or twice we hear. Almost every time we are fussy, parents scare us with ghost stories.

As a result, the belief in the presence of ghosts settles in our subconscious mind and becomes the mindset. This mindset affects our actions. When we open a business, and lose competitiveness, we often suspect our rivals have certain charms that help them attract customers.
