Family Photoshoot - "First Steps"
Maya and Nikolay are a Bulgarian couple who have settled here in Ireland and started a family. I took a few photos for them in Phoenix Park with young Bobi taking some early steps.
The sun played havoc on the day but luckily we had some shaded area in the forest, and my friend @vajola was on hand to assist with some reflected light. The first two shots were the 85mm lens and the second two were with the old 180mm Nikkor lens, a lens which I since sold, and almost immediately regretted selling! It really does a great job at separating your subject from the background, even in far from ideal conditions.
