A bunch of colourful and fancy houses in Quito, Ecuador. I guess this was some kind of coffee house, but I never went in.

As far as I could see, this type of façade and architecture correspond to hotels or more specifically to hostels where more than two people can stay for a room with a calm and cozy atmosphere, with a more personal treatment and subject to the traditions of the Ecuadorian people.
For example, get images of hostels with similar facades like the following:

This for example is Hostal Casa Sol.

The other option is to be a residential complex of the inhabitants of the area; but, really I did not get reference and it seem impractical for me to access with very crowded houses without any privacy. Well, in any case, for the moment I'm left with the doubt.
