BESITOS DE COCO
Hola ... Vengo a compartirles la receta de la Abuela
- 2 Coco
- 1 Panela de Papelón
- 1k de harina de Trigo
- Canela (al gusto)
- 1 cda de Bicarbonato
Preparación :
Se rayan los Cocos ,se derrite el Papelón con la Canela . Aparte en un bol se coloca la harina cernida , el Bicarbonato y se va incorporando el Coco y el Papelón hasta obtener una mezcla consistente . En una bandeja previamente enharinada se hacen pelotitas pequeñas con la mezcla y se lleva al horno por 20 minutos a 180 grados .
No me imaginé que llevaban harina de trigo. Gracias por tu receta.
