- Choose a horse by considering their stakes/odds and the potential prize
e.g. "Buttermilk Riot" has 4:1 stakes which means by betting 1 STEEM you could win 4 if this horse wins (but it doesn't just so ya know). The favourite to win (the horse with the highest chances) is "Tennessee Phantom". His stakes are 1:2 which means you would have to bet 2 STEEM just to win 1. But of course you get your money back too so that makes 3 STEEM.
---2. Choose how much you would like to bet.
If 1 STEEM prize doesn't excite you, you can bet up to 100 STEEM which would win 50 STEEM on the favourite or 400 STEEM on "Buttermilk Riot" (if he weren't such a loser). So work out the maths and decide how much the bet is worth to you.
---3. Send your STEEM to @votu with your horse of choice as the MEMO!
If your horse wins, we send you your prize plus your money back.
