[CoinNews] System upgrage of Binance exchange

During the market recovering, binance started to upgrade system so trading has stopped until 2018/02/09 4AM(UTC). It means that the server is stopped by 15 hours.

If you bought coins before system upgrade, you will get much profit due to the market recovery. I couldn't buy coins... I didn't know the news ;(
