Due to some bug on side of exchange updating node they re-rolled all deposits to people.
All you ever deposited got re-deposited to you.

Loads of users sold that and now it looks like Binance sends emails asking to bring spend NANO back.

Who will pay for this as we can be sure not all users will pay back? Binance will take it on themselves or NANO will have to cover due to bug in the software version?

I wonder if NANO will get dropped due to this like it has lost Cryptopia before.
