It's sad that NEO's price has done so poorly, because the project remains top class. Some things in crypto just defy explanation: I was looking at the market cap of LOCI Coin now - a little over $200k. Yet the team have worked hard and have a good product - it defies both logic and belief!
A "Virtual coin" is just my term for a coin that I am about to buy, but have not bought yet because I think I'll be able to pick it up cheaper a few days from now.
