Tiredness in the morning is a sign of dissatisfaction with not only your job but with your life in general. This also proves that you are tired from "fighting" and ready to recognize defeat.
Instead of defeating, try to make it clear what can be done so that to return to the right way. Your life must be happy and easy, but not with the heavy load.
