Mahavir Swamy

Mahavir Swaroop, the 24th Tirthankar of Jainism, was the iconic symbol of non-violence. His life was filled with renunciation and penance. A langoti did not have the prerogative of them. Mahavir and Buddha born in the era of violence, animal sacrifice, and the era of caste discrimination increased in the era. Both voiced their voices against these things. Both developed a lot of non-violence.
It is about two and a half thousand years old. Chhatra Shukla Teras was born as Vardhaman, as the third child of father Siddhartha and Mata Trishala in Kshatriya Kundalpur of Vaishali Republic 599 years ago. This same increment later became Swami Mahavir. Mahavira is also called 'Veer', 'Uveer' and 'Sammati'. The Bashabad of today's Muzaffarpur district of Bihar was the Vaishali of that time.

Vardhaman was also called Sajjans (Shreyans) and as Jas (successful). They belonged to a known race. Gothra was Kashyap Vardhaman's elder brother was named Nandivardhan and sister's name was Sudarshan. Vriddhaman's childhood was spent in the palace. They were big bold. When he was eight years old, he was sent to the craft school to teach them to teach, teach, bow, etc..

The Shvetambar sect recognized that Vardhaman had married Yashoda. His daughter's name was Ayazja (unnamed). While the Digambar sect recognizes that Vardhaman was not married. They were children celibate.
The parents of Prince Vardhaman were followers of Jainism, 23rd Tirthankar Parsvnath, who had been 250 years before Mahavira. Vardhaman Mahavir added Pancham Mahavrat Rupi Dharma by adding Brahmacharya to Chaturayam Dharma. Vardhaman used to treat most of the love. They had experienced that the pleasure of the senses, the pleasures of the subject matter, can be found only by saddening others.

Mahabirji died at the age of 28, his parents died. On the request of senior brother Nandivardhan, he stayed at home for two years. Later, at the age of thirty years, Vardhaman took the Sahamani initiation. They became 'Saman'. There is no langoti in the name of Parivar on their body. Most of the time they remain immersed in meditation. Taking food at hand, he did not ask for something from the households. Gradually they got complete self-esteem.

Vardhaman Mahavir has had many kinds of silence and penance for 12 years. In the end, he received 'Ignorance'. After receiving the knowledge, Lord Mahavir started preaching for public welfare. They started preaching in the half-language language so that the people could understand it well.
In his discourses, Lord Mahavir gave the most emphasis on non-violence, truth, unseen, celibacy and non-violence. Renunciation and restraint, love and compassion, devotion and virtue were the essence of their discourses. Lord Mahavir established a four-dimensional union with Shraman and Shramani, Shravak and Shravika, everyone. He said - Whatever power belongs to that class, go ahead and get back to the equation. The goal of life is to get equality. Gradually the union started progressing. Lord Mahavir spread his holy message by roaming in different parts of the country.

Lord Mahavir attained Nirvana in Kartik (Ashwin) Krishna Amavasya in Pavapuri (Bihar) in 527 BC, 72 years of age. Diwali is celebrated on the day of Nirvana by lighting a house and lamp.

Our life should be blessed if we follow this small preaching of Lord Mahavir with a true heart, that all the small creatures in the world are just like us, the nature of our soul.

Mithi all in the house
'My friendship with all creatures'.
