Yes Yes! It's stonechat! But...It turns out that there are many subspecies of these birds. Just look at this scheme:

I was shocked when I found out about it! I thought that these were all different birds.
They like open spaces. So, if you want to see them, then look for meadows, steppes, fields. They always sit on the tops of bushes or thickets...
By the way, their name justifies their voice. This is something like the origin of folklore. Namely, when they discover the alarm or danger, they make sounds like hitting stones.
