The Eurasian bullfinch, common bullfinch or bullfinch (Pyrrhula pyrrhula)

April 20, the beginning of spring! Bullfinches have already left courtyards and parks, they will no longer be seen on feeders. They slowly return to the forest. At this time they are looking for a couple for cohabitation and breeding.
This bullfinch jumped over the snow and ate old seeds from under the melting snow.

The common chaffinch (Fringilla coelebs)

This was the first chaffinch which I met this year! He arrived literally 2-3 days ago. This is probably one of the very first migratory birds. The snow has not melted yet, the weather is rather cold, but the chaffinch is already here! And their wonderful singing is notified about the coming spring!
