Ratel's photos #303 Forest Birds-240
The Eurasian golden oriole (Oriolus oriolus)
Aha! So we met again!
This is one of the most cautious and cowardly birds! Incredibly difficult not only to get high-quality photos, and even just take a bad picture of this bird! I have never seen the most cowardly bird than this.
The very end of May (30th), the coastal forest.
While I was shooting a black woodpecker, I heard a familiar gentle whistle. You will not confuse the voice of this bird with anyone. I tried to take a picture of it for a very long time, and it didn't work. The bird perched on the very tops of the trees, and barely hearing the slightest rustle, she flew away to other trees. She hid herself very carefully.
However, i was lucky enough. And also lucky that the trees are not yet dense foliage. And this very beautiful and bright bird stands out very much on bare trees.
