A Brother To All

You are not an easy find,
People have to search far and wide,
You're a person who remains true and kind,
Even to those who went against your side.


When everyone seems to forget,
You shed some light—instead of getting upset.
If things go wrong we know it's not you to blame,
but noble as you are, you always claim the shame.


You don't dwell on how much recognition you'll get
Because it is something you'll never put on your plate,
Selflessness and Sacrifice should be your name,
You find pleasure in giving rather than fame.


Truly you can never impose respect,
But you have ours—there’s no need to inject;
How can we not follow someone this steadfast?
He will give up his all until the very last.
