I do not know if I really got the point of your proposition.
In case of bitcoin it is definitely possible to follow every single transaction backwards till the time of the creation out of the coinbase transaction. So any transaction it is very efficiently taxable. Even banks do delete their records after approximately 10 years. The bitcoin ledger is forever !

I wasn't proposing anything. I found an article on anonymity of Bitcoin and I brought the article to Steemit to share.

Yes, every transaction can be traced - but where will they be traced to? Where does the trace end up? If it ends at a person then that is not anonymous, but if it ends up at a wallet - without a link to a person, then that's anonymous until the virtual money is turned into fiat and put in a bank.

You are right. Bitcoin is not anonymous. You should check out some coins which focus on privacy for example Monero...
