INTRODUCTION

Businesses often function and are kept afloat with the help of credit being unable to negotiate payment terms between buyers and suppliers has been a major problem, especially for small and midsize businesses. This categorization is based on the staff size, a business is considered to be small scale when it has less than 100 staff while midsize business usually have less than 1,000 staffs but not below 100 staffs.
