What is this indicator on the right side to show the volume?

I looked at the raw trade feed and don't observe that pattern. TV data may be corrupted there. But, agreed that overload is running the show this month.

It's a video game. I've come to the conclusion that it's mostly a video game and you use data and other exchanges to try and beat it but closing orders are possible while overload. so liquidation engine cant have full control over the price
