These will impact Mega Problems at different levels:

EYE HEALTH CARE MANAGER tool – will be dedicated for two user groups each being offered with separate software application: patients and practitioners – ophthalmologists or optometrists. This tool will have block chain based patient card where sensitive patient’s data will be stored in a secure encrypted way, where patients will have a control on their data. End-user application for Patients will serve for:
a) collection of real time data on eye health each time user is using a smart device together with typical functions of automatic or manually set reminders, insight reports and other stuff you may see live in fitness & health apps and
b) standardized eye health testing set for smart device to test a vision, parameters of the eye surface (like measurements), macro photography of eye surface and cornea, photography of inside eye ball and retina. This functionality will also allow generating a standardized report, including required notes and sending report directly to the ophthalmologist or optometrist for further processing.

End-user application for practitioner will allow collecting multiple patients reports, managing them, giving feedback, Issuing prescriptions or other necessary actions and storing data for compliance with local regulatory in local data base. This will allow practitioner not only to save huge amount of time but also to have a completely different quality of particular case review by seeing actual objective data collected about patient’s ocular activity parameters instead of just hearing a patient’s description of “true story”.

EDUCATION tool – designed to “accompany” practitioner from the very beginning of studies till the end of his active career. The application will allow user to easily find and manage his study programs and practice in eye health sector globally, find a job in the country of preference and manage his post graduate education, licensing and periodic license renewals digitally. This tool will have block chain based personal card (practitioner or student) where sensitive personal data will be stored.

R&D tool – designed for eye health science, new technologies and products developers to maximise the efficacy by global cooperation, sharing and interaction with each other. Application will also be available for investors and industry for more effective management of investments. This tool will have block chain application for project data, managed by project leader for specific data management, storage and sharing where intellectual rights protection is not in power yet or other project data is sensitive.

EyeGlob.Net network is being developed step by step adding advanced functionality and tools to make the EyeGlob.Net effective active ecosystem till the maturity stage of the project. EYE HEALTH GLOBAL ECOSYSTEM ON BLOCKCHAIN MAKING EYE CARE SIMPLE

EyeGlob.Net ecosystem will be multilayer, multifunctional platform with specific tools integrated for each interested stakeholder. EyeGlob.Net community will be users and content creators. By inhabiting EyeGlob.Net - each user will be creating content which may be point of interest for another user or group of users. Part of the data on the EyeGlob.Net will be fully decentralized and stored on block chain by each user (for example patient card).

Any interactions with sensitive personal records will be encrypted with record owner’s (for example patient’s) public key and recorded as transactions on the block chain network. Here are examples of how block chain transactions runs on EyeGlob.Net:

Personal data management:

• User A (for example patient or R&D project owner) grants access to EHR (electronic health record) to user B (for example ophthalmologist or scientist) for limited time period.
• User’s A EHR is decrypted with user’s A private key, then encrypted with user’s B public key and temporally stored in central DB.
• User B views shared record and can decrypt it with his private key.
• User B can add new record to user A EHR. Before saving new record to block chain it is encrypted with user’s A public key.
• If user A revokes access from user B, user’s A EHR which was shared with user B is simply deleted from DB. Shared records are automatically deleted from central DB when sharing time expires.

EyeGlob.Net will also collect large quantity of information from a lot of different trusted sources, organize it in the form of records and store it in secure databases and/or the block chain. EyeGlob. Net will feed this information into data analysis stack, which by using AI calculates the real values for our smart match tools enabling each stakeholder to get exactly what they need and connecting them with most related sources and accounts.

Most of our elements will be open sourced. Block chain based encrypted certificate (EYE) token will be inner EyeGlob.Net eligibility to access products, services and can be earned by providing users content and used as an internal payment method for services and products inside the network and directly to partners (as example - for eye surgery in partner clinic or sunglasses purchase through our Trading tool).
