Is Bitcoin Mining Taking a Lot of Electricity?
We have all heard or read in Articles where People are trying to Portray Bitcoin Mining as a waste of Energy and Resources. Further, it has also been said that Bitcoin mining is Harmful to the Ecosystem too.
Today while I was looking on my Twitter Feed I found this Little Tweet from ArminVanBitcoin where he depicted the Annual Costing for Electricity for various Institutions.
Seeing these Numbers shows how the Media is just Spreading Lies everywhere just to get their TRP's up. The Icing on the Cake is when you see that the Banking sector uses a lot more Power than Bitcoin Mining. To be accurate the Banking sector takes 650 Times the Electricity consumed by Bitcoin Mining.
Now you should decide what is more Harmful to the Ecosystem.
Hahaha... From the caption I feel it is as funny... So in future do we have coal based or nuclear based Bitcoin mining...

Nuclear Based Bitcoin Mining sounds Cool.
