2018-2019 Cryptocurrency Buy and Hold Strategy - Portfolio Investing to hedge for the ups and downs.

This is a buy and hodl portfolio that you could copy. I kind of base it on how 'all stock' ETFs hedge their investments into Large cap, Small cap, mid cap, growth vs value, foreign stocks etc. All my stocks are allocated in some sort of 40%, 30%, 20% or some other ratio to best ride volatile market swings and still maximize earnings

CRYPTO PORTFOLIO:

Majority about 60-70% should be in established proven cryptocurrencies with proven partnerships and real world uses. Those are Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Ripple, Monero, etc.

***30% BITCOIN
BTC (still the 'gold 2.0' standard for the time, lightning network)

Honestly Bitcoin is the true store of value in the modern age.

Get into it now because it will be around for years to come. None of the shilling altcoins will surpass Bitcoin in the short-term. Big wall street money would rather invest in the brand name "Bitcoin" than in newer coins like IOTA, RaiBlocks, Tron -those are too new and don't have proven adoption like the king BITCOIN. Bitcoin is the global brand...the Amazon or Coca-cola of the crypto-world and will be for the long run (long run in the crypto world)

***30% Ethereum
ETH (platform and separate from currency coins, great team and Vitalik) 2018 will be a huge year for Ethereum. Investors in Silicone Valley and techies are very enthusiastic about the Ethereum Platform

***15% Ripple and XLM
XRP ripple (team, potential- i don't believe in the centralization, but also a hedge) Wall street people will heavily support XRP and it has a proven use and adoption by large financial institutions. Also for a further diversification/hedge throw some of the 15% towards Stellar Lumens XLM.

Financial and institutional investors will be supporting Ripple in 2018+

***10% Litecoin
LTC (solid currency coin w/ good and tech) Litecoin is the 'Silver' brand to Bitcoin's Gold brand

***15% AltCoins
Small cap altcoins
Altcoins for moonshots, and try to avoid 'shitcoins'....
*Monero top privacy coin with real world adoption
*Nav Coin NAV - undervalued privacy coin with great stats and performance
*Cardano ADA
*Kucoin
*Oyster Pearl PRL
*IOTA
*EOS
*Bitcoin Cash
*DragonChain DRGN (Disney's platform cryptocurrency)
*NEO
*Stellar XLM
*Verge
*RaiBlocks XRB

As far as your Altcoins. Many of these are just up and coming moonshots. You have to do a lot of research to make sure that they are actually contenders and not just shilled shitcoins.
