      I tought it is 5000 satoshi's, you can either withdraw to faucethub.io (which i recommand) or to your bitcoinwallet. 5000 Satoshi's isn't much if you know that you can earn up to 1000 + satoshi's each day :) because every day people set new ads and 1 ad is shown 1 time per 1 day per 1 person. So 24 hours later its fresh and you can earn from the same ads if they still run, and new ads get created every day by people looking to promote reflinks or bussiness.
