What is a Satoshi?
A Satoshi is the smallest fraction or unit of a Bitcoin that can currently be sent (0.00000001 BTC) that is, a hundredth of a millionth BTC¹ or 100*10^-6 BTC or 100 micro BTC.
Each bitcoin is divisible to the 8th decimal place, so each BTC can be split into 100,000,000 units. Each unit of bitcoin, or 0.00000001 bitcoin, is called a satoshi².

- By getting paid online for performing one task or the other.
How to grow it
Well, I'll say that there's no other way to grow your Satoshi price apart from accumulating it until cryptos price rise.
