As the crypto markets see pullback in their dynamics, BTC continues to see consolidation on the longer scale. We have seen the trend line support hold for now, but it looks like the tests are becoming a bit more frequent.

The correlation with other cryptos seems to be sort of fading off and we might see some independent movements with a few of the major cryptos before too long.

There is still a higher low on the short trend, so we can still see a potential rally movement if we can see a higher high. There's been solid bear volume the last nine bars on the 4-hr chart, so it's likely we will see a bull bar eventually. The RSI was still converging with price levels, which is normally a sign of a price change. So, as long as we see the longer supports at the dips holding, we'll find a new price high on the short trend.
