Future Of Litecoin : Reaching to 20 Bucks

Yesterday, Shill Shady through his twitter handle @humamity1993 tweeted

LTC has been going down in bitcoin value with each small or big market drop. And has not recovered at same rate with every upward move by the market. I think Litecoin will go to 20 bucks. If we stay in bear market and we won’t see $400 LTC again.
