Circle a payment app backed by Goldman Sachs is acquiring Poloniex for $400 million. Not a long time ago Goldman Sachs was calling cryptocurrencies a fraud, scam and bubble but now they are willing to risk $400 million on a company whose whole business is based on cryptocurrenices. Times are changing.
