When is bitcoin expected to rise again?

We still might not have had the capitulation event that would signal the bottom in BTC.
We would like to see some W's forming in the chart.
But many people are looking at past events to try to predict what might happen. In saying that they expect a long time of side wards movement after a large capitulation event.
This could last up to 2020. I am just a guy on the internet and this is not financial advice.
The alt coins might have bottomed in their BTC pairing and many of them are on a 90%+ sale. This is a very interesting time, because it shows what markets can do.
You need to have a plan before you are going to invest in anything. Otherwise emotion will dictate what you do. You need to remove emotion from this game.
