This is January's 2018 Cboe Futures Bitcoin contract.

One -of many- fingerprints of institutional investors taking positions is that they tend to defend support/resistances at psychological levels.


This was barely seen before at Bitcoin market because -up to Cboe's- there was not really any serious interest in taking a "bearish-short" position that would profit only if the BTC price falls.


Remember: 

Rules changed; adapt!
