INTRODUCTION
Going about our daily normal activities being it work, school, recreational places would cause us to move from one place to another and sometimes the distance would require us to drive to these places with our cars, bicycles, skate boards etc. Transportation has become quite a necessity in our daily activities and this has caused a global increased in the usage of cars and other means of transportation.
Most people these days have purchased their own cars to keep them up and running effectively at their own pace in this fast world that we are living in currently. The increase use of personal cars across the globe has resulted in one huge traffic in cities towns and these days in some busy communities. In as much as government and other agencies try to make available parking places for drivers they are not enough and the few ones available are also not known by most people.
These days it is very common that most businessmen and women leave their homes early in the mornings and sometimes at dawn just to escape huge traffic that results during the weekdays. For those who are caught up in the traffic that results in the day are faced with spending unending hours of staying in traffic. Another grave concern that needs to be addressed is that, these huge traffic causes the rise in the emission of carbon dioxide from the fumes of cars in an area into the atmosphere. Some highly developed countries might not suffer from the huge emission of smokes from cars but in my country Ghana there are a whole lot of poorly maintained cars in the country which gives off huge amount of smokes. So, you can imagine the amount of smoke that are being released into the atmosphere for human consumption.
There have been several news about the increased in global warming all over the world which have raised concerns about the possible melting of some polar regions which is full of huge amount of CO2 which far exceeds the amount that we have in circulation at the moment. Several solutions have been proposed but none has succeeded in solving this issue to the root.
Parqsen however adopts the blockchain technology in providing a Green, Smart and Connected Cities which would relief drivers the stress of combing around cities looking for parking spots.
THE SOLUTION THAT PARKSEN PROVIDES IN CURBING TRAFFIC
Parksen has provided a solution through its PARQ application to the people of Netherlands for over 4 years which has seen great adoption and usage by the people of Netherlands. This application assist drivers to locate available parking spots easily. With the rapid development of the world and technological devices, Parksen plans to extend its wings to provide real time solutions that would help curb traffic in cities and towns with the use of blockchain technology.
The Parksen Parking Application has a broad database which provides information about available parking spots in the communities and towns. With the help of the Parksen application the traffic in cities would be reduced since car users would have up to date information to any available parking spots within their locality. Also, parking owners would also have the opportunity to upload details of the parking spot and all its expenses so that other users on the Parksen application can see it. By regulating the traffic flow Parksen would help reduce the increased air pollution that the world is facing from our transport industry. Hey @kingboo yea this application seems to have some similarities with Google Map. Just like google map guides people about their locations and destinations the Parksen application would be more precised by rather searching for any available parking spots within a driver's location to save drivers the trouble from looking all over the place in search of parking spaces.
Hello there so with their application already being used by several people in Netherlands is this some sort of a Reverse ICO
Well the company actually do not proclaim themselves as a Reverse ICO but i do agree with you that this is a Reverse ICO who has a working product being used by many people in Netherland and also is supported by the Government. In addition they have also secured partnership with Dubai and i believe this should clear all doubts about the success of this project. Thanks for having a look at this :)
