[NEWS] Bing joining what's looking like a discrimination-party?
Hello everybody,
some say the current price drop could be attributed to a message yesterday by Bing.
The Communication states that due to the lack of regulation of cryptocurrencies and related products, users of Bing are at increased risk. This would consist in people acting in bad faith and fraudulent practices.
To help protect Bing's users from these risks, they have decided to ban advertising for cryptocurrencies, their related products, and unregulated binary options. It is interesting that the latter are included in an aftermath. That could have been communicated more clearly.
With regard to the cryptocurrencies, it will be necessary to see how long these bans will hold up. It is amazing how indifferent the term of lacking regulation is used. The regulation of cryptocurrencies is more difficult than that of the Internet. This is not only due to the large number of affected countries, which is identical to the Internet. It is also and above all due to the, in part very different, functions of cryptocurrencies. Furthermore, not every natural / legal person who develops and promotes a cryptocurrency acts with criminal intent.
So there are two problems:
- You do not want to help committing an illegal act or even criminal offense, by advertising
- To avoid point 1 there are two solutions. The general suspicion under which everything is prohibited and discriminates against legally harmless projects, or the costly labor-intensive review of every advertisement
Whether or not this form of private regulation would stand up to a judicial procedure certainly also depends on the relevant jurisdiction.

@therealwolf 's created platform smartsteem scammed my post this morning (mothersday) that was supposed to be for an Abused Childrens Charity. Dude literally stole from abused children that don't have mothers ... on mothersday.
