MoonForum - Friendly Crypto Forum with Contest for Designers
Ive pretty much quit posting to forums long ago but i do enter them from time to time and lately i found a really cool, new and active one called - MoonForum.
It was launched in mid July 2018 after many people had been complaining about Bitcointalk’s policies and participants where users suddenly saw their threads deleted for a silly infringement of a rule or bans without notice. The goal from the beginning has been to offer a more friendly atmosphere for discussing about cryptocurrencies in general and for participating in a vibrant online community.
It has loads of cool sections full of opportunities and you can see some below.
The forum has some features that are not on Bitcointalk:
- Post liking/thanking
- Refined notifications system
- WYSYWYG editor
- Focus on transparency: bans are made public
- Social features: add friends, leave visitor messages, etc
- Tapatalk integration
- Embedded multimedia
- User tagging

I could see them implementing their own SMT token eventually so they can have some sort of tokenized reward system. That way they also don't have to pay out contests in ETH they could just use their own token.
