State Planner of China is Going To Ban BTC Mining?

To decrease the government pressure on crypto sector, the agency on the dependency of industrial list to stop mining bitcoin. National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) said on monday - We are seeking public opinions on a revised list of industries we want to encourage, restrict or eliminate. The list was first published in 2011.
These drafts are revised to the latest according to the new opinions. Based on that NDRC says that needs to be phased out as they were not safe and polluting environment and resource waste.
