RSK smart bitcoin contract is a soft fork or sidechain with a 2-way peg and merged mining to rewards bitcoin miners for securing the network. with near instant payment and higher scaling.although these softfork was planned to launch after segwit2x has taken place,but it was confirmed by Sergio Demián Lerner, RSK Labs’ chief scientist, that segwit2x has done no effect on the launch date, he also said that if all goes as planned the mainnet will be launch in beta mode, all component will be launched except that they would be a restriction to the amount of RSK that will enter the platform.....but as time goes the limit will be increasing, with a merged mining hashing power making a threshold that provides enough security to secure peoples money.....moving from partial decentralization to full decentralization. RSK Lab’s CEO and co-founder Diego Gutiérrez Zaldívar recently posted on the company’s Telegram channel, “On December 4th RSK Mainnet beta will be launched.”

From my understanding there are no real "RSK" coins. You access the RSK blockchain by buying bitcoin, then creating an RSK lock transaction, which locks your bitcoin in an unspendable address. This allows you to then start transacting on the RSK blockchain.
When you want your bitcoin back, you can lock up your funds on the RSK chain which allows you to move the original bitcoin on the bitcoin blockchain again.
So there is no RSK coin that can be purchased. I actually like this model much better than some crappy alt-token that can be pumped or manipulated.
