Can we not even sue these media houses for causing this big a crash?

The world witnessed yesterday that the people sitting at the Indian media houses are not only Illiterate but also terrorists.
They infected terror into people by misinterpreting a statement from yesterday's budget announcement causing the #bitcoin market to fall at fucks. And yet no legal action can be taken against them.

The Finance Minister Introduced the 2018 Budget and said Bitcoin and other cryptocurrency are not a legal tender in India and the government will take all measures to ban any illegitimate activities related to these virtual currencies, but the Indian media houses (a few) misinterpreted the statement saying the government has banned the use of cryptocurrencies. They blatantly used the word BAN and the illiterate buyers of these virtual currencies who were in it for the price hike decided to close their postions and liquidate at the fear of loss causing huge market crash.

In Zebpay, the leading bitcoin exchange in India for a few minutes the market crashed to around $3500 per bitcoin before it stabilized at $8000-9000 mark.

Can we not even sue these media houses for causing this big a blunder?
