After the user has created his account and the personal data has been encrypted by the RATE-SAFE process, the user can access all application areas of the app.
This enables him to see reviews of restaurants nearby and mark them as helpful or write reviews of a perceived service himself.
Furthermore, every user can check his current Rateonium token balance in the integrated Rateonium wallet and compare which rewards can currently be redeemed.
In order to increase the daily-rating-motion, users also see their rating rank in comparison to other users. Of course the corresponding names are encrypted by their unique number and will only be disclosed at the user's request. Transactions between users are also possible. A special feature is the Rateonium donation function. Social projects have the possibility to be listed in the search as a current donation project. Thus, every user has the possibility to transfer Rateonium to the corresponding project and to support the project.
The Rateonium card:
The Rateonium card allows maximum protection of stored tokens. All functions that change the token state of the user (e. g.: transactions, the exchange to RTC or the redemption of rewards) must be verified with the individual QR code on the card.
All the customer has to do is open the app, enter his password and scan the QR code. To ensure that ratings are only given at locations where a service is actually perceived, the user must verify the purchase before submitting a review.
