The accused on the charge of rape of the schoolgirl, the accused are absconding
There is a complaint of rape of a schoolgirl (12) in a village of Baliakandi upazila of Rajbari. In this incident, the father of the girl filed a case with the Baliakandi Police Station on Wednesday night. Yunus Ali Mia alias Elohas Mia (55), accused of rape, was the father of three children.
According to the complaint of the girl's father and the case, it is known that on April 2, at around 5pm, the girl came out to bring her grass for her goat. Yunus Ali Mia told him that there are grasses in the grass. The girl went to bring grass from the banana tree. Yunus Ali raped the girl and scared her there.
The uncle of the schoolgirl said in the first light that he went to the school last Tuesday to open the whole incident to the head teacher and said the girl. The chief teacher asked to complain to their police station. They wanted to keep the matter secret for the future of the girl. So initially the police-police were not informed. However, the case was later filed with the police station.
The headmaster of the school said that he advised the family members to file a case with the police station. In this incident, he sought journalists' help.
Officer-in-charge of Baliakandi Police Station AKM Ajmal Huda said that the medical examination was conducted at Rajbari Sadar Hospital on Thursday morning after rescuing the schoolgirl. Later, the deposition was sent to the Rajbari court for taking. Attempts are being made to arrest the absconding accused.
