Bitcoins are created in every ten minutes while Ethereum are created in every 15 secondes.
Creation of bitcoin generation is limited which is 21 million but Ethereum creation is currently unlimited.
Bitcoin has builtin scripting language while Ethereum use “smart contracts” for programming.
Bitcoin’s cost depends on size while Ethereum cost unit is gas which assigns for every transaction.
Bitcoin’s blocks store sender and receiver info and transaction info while Ethereum has different portions, including user info and contract rule.
