Digibyte Finalist in Citibank's Tech for Integrity Challenge - Price Skyrock to go Parabolic?
Digibyte, for us early bitcoin traders, was that 8 to 12 satoshi joke a few years ago that you would daytrade on the swings. The former dustcoin known as Digibyte has made significant headway and is now taken very seriously since the development team's rapid progress in enhancing the coin's value, adding the benefits of Segwit just this past April. Now, they are up for another challenge: to be recognized for their efforts and improvements as a legit cryptocurrency by one of the largest financial institutions in the world: Citibank.
As Jared C. Tate takes his talents to Singapore to receive international validation, DigiByte is already receiving it from the markets. Digibyte this time last month was a single digit satoshi coin, but with news of its improvements and segwit activation being successful, it now trades between 1800 and 2000 satoshi.
Is this a pump? Hype? Well, I am staking 200 of them thangs on it that this hype is real, and will be validated shortly upon the declaration of the winner of the Integrity Challenge. I am long DigiByte. Are you?

Looks like they shook out some weak hands and are ready for another upturn. Not based on technical analysis, which is bearish, but fundamentals, which I think are bullish.
I'm looking forward to hearing how this turns out. Hopefully some strategic partnerships can be created!
They are definitely in the room with the right crowd there in Singapore, even if they don't win. If they don't and price drops, I'm still buying. It's not about whether your horse wins the race, it's whether you are sitting next to other horse owners, making connections and deals :)
If price drops because they don't win, people are really naive and short sighted. The big thing is that they got there, that is a win!

Tough competition, but to be one of the 103 finalists out of 1200 companies ain't bad. I think RootStock (RSK) being in there is going to provide some pretty decent competition though.
Hoping from good news from Singapore as I hold a nice amount of DigiByte. Only thing is that I believe there are 75 finalists spread all over the world so it's not like Mastercard who is a strategic partner of this event will team up with them and announce it tomorrow. Hope they do but I'm in it for the longrun!
