Another day Another Bloodbath

For someone working with Over The Counter (OTC) trading. A day like this might get you into a dilemma,
Cause a lot of people want to buy Bitcoin with cash a day like this. Lets say you charge 5-10% for selling the Bitcoins.
The next two hours after you sold Bitcoin surges 15% then you as a trader have made a bad deal.

What can you do if someone offers to buy your Bitcoins with a premium?
You can leverage up the coins you have via BitMex for example and you still have the same amount of coins.
