High Volatility, VIX > 15 We have finally broken out of the three week range in the SPX and /ES Futures. /VX Futures are back into contango. Market is now climbing the wall of worry. Going to use 2700 as upside target and resistance. Selling premium strategies (eg. Selling Puts, Iron Condors, Jade Lizards) are working. However, we are still just one Tweet or Bomb away from market drops. So think Long Volatility Plays in VIX and Quarterly or Monthly Hedges for your porfolio.
E-currencies vs US Dollar: Bitcoin is in a new trading range between $6500 to $8800.. The other cryptos Litecoin, Ethereum and Steem are following suit. Institutional money is coming into the Crypto space. Should be a tradeable and profitable environment for the rest of 2018. Are you mining cryptos in private wallets yet? US Dollar is still range bound between 88.25 and 91.
