BitShares *TESTNET* successfully hard fork
Congratulations to everyone, the BitShares testnet has had a successfull hardfork.
The hardfork includes BSIP18 and a couple minor consensus upgrades!
In the next couple weeks, the introduced features will be thoroughly tested for them to become final for the main net upgrade.
