It's here! There is now a reputable and licensed USD (credit/debit card, ACH and bank wire) to BitShares DEX on / off ramp (gateway) ready to launch thanks to volunteer efforts from How To Save Earth, as part of its Blockchain First Initiative, and key members of the BitShares community.
