It was clearly mentioned several times that Block chain is a powerful new technology that will disrupt many markets, but yet nothing concrete has happened yet

I have seen many companies invest millions on pilot project but shelved it. A very big us bank has scaled back on block chain projects... The reason --> tug of war between folks who says, atleast for now what they try to use is nothing more than a glorified cloud database.

looks like the killer application has to come from consumer space. May be steem block chain or similar product can become a break thru product in near future..
I really really hope, this wont end up as another Tulip Mania!!!
